Welcome!  As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I have learned that people have innate resilience that can help light the way through the hardest of times.  Sometimes in life, you may find it difficult to remember that this strength lies within.  My goal as your therapist is to help you rekindle that light, instilling hope and motivation to use your strengths and build support networks to overcome life’s hurdles.  Since I greatly respect the individuality that you possess, I strive to create a treatment plan that best fits your unique situation and personality, whether that involves incorporating art, group therapy, journaling, music, animals, nature and even videogames.
